| ARE YOU LOOKING TO SELL OR LEASE YOUR PROPERTY? As a Realtor, I have access to a local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a tool utilized by paying members of Realtor Associations to get exposure for properties. Too often properties are placed in MLS, and then, THAT'S IT, just sit back and hope for the best. I DO NOT just place a property in MLS and hope for the best. I am more broad with my efforts. I get maximum exposure and visibility for properties all over the North Texas area, including the entire DFW Metroplex with over 6 million people. I make very attractive flyers, and place flyers outside my listings, as well as personally hand out flyers in many various strategic locations while also utilizing email flyer campaigns to send your flyer to thousands of real estate professionals. I use exciting and entertaining language to make a property fully marketable. I talk about my listings to Realtors in my brokerage, and other companies, as well as the general public. I take beautiful still photos of the property, not just 9 or 10 pictures on a cloudy day, at least 100 bright photos for every listing, and then I choose the best. I also take additional photos and stitch them together for a Virtual Tour. My Virtual Tours are also placed on YouTube.com in Video format as a Video Tour. Who wouldn't love to see beautiful panoramic photos of the property scan across the computer screen to music?
Not only do I have more resources available to me than most, I go get my resources. I make them happen. I get out and talk to people. I engage in, and utilize, many creative marketing techniques. We've all heard the cliche' to work smarter, not harder. Well I do both, I work smarter and harder. I DO NOT just list a home or tract of land with a few photos in MLS, place a sign in the yard, and hope it sells. I get maximum exposure and visibility for my listings, in successfully proven researched ways. I'm a full time career Realtor, not part time or doing real estate on the side, therefore I work all day, every day, to assist buyers and sellers in North Texas, and answer my phone or return calls the same day. All I ask in return if I have a listing, is that we work together to make the property as attractive and marketable as possible.
